Masala Lamb chop

  •  6 pcs Lamb chops
  • 1 tbsp of Bengali 5 spice (corsley grind)
  • 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • salt to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in  bowl
  2. Add the lamb chop marinate well and set it aside for at least 30 minutes 
  3. Cook the lamb chops ober a charcoal or in a pan with ghee both side for about 3-4 minutes each side 
  4. Rest for 3-4 minutes 
  5. Queeze some lemon juice on top and enjoy
